|OD Description=The pre-qualification stage for BGFA’s second Call for Proposals with the aim to accelerate the provision of offgrid energy services in Mozambique is open. Interested energy service providers can now apply for results-based financing geared specifically towards developers of mini-grid solutions from now until 29 March.

This programme has been designed in close cooperation with the Mozambican Energy Fund (FUNAE), which has contributed substantially to off-grid energy access over the last 20 years. The energy services are to be implemented during a four-year period with total funding of EUR 6.7 million provided by the Swedish government through Sida.
